PV buttress at Locust Hill / 3. PV with Pavel Stary of the Czech Republic

This PV panel (1'-9" x 3'-11"), one of 26 that will be mounted in a single array to produce a prototypical DC voltage of 180, is made by British Petroleum. This first array, with its currently available topnotch cells will serve as reference point as we assess the performance of future experimental units. With a "brotherhood" of four towers and arrays projected in current plans (see Mac's rendering), we hope, as the evolution of the innovative work of William Mook and funds permit, to test and demonstrate systems that promise remarkable improvements in efficiency and productivity.
